    + Develop sales forecast and provide input to budget

    + Identify new market opportunities

    + Participate in the development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies

    **Basic Requirements:**

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 5+ years’ experience in an industrial, or manufacturing or Construction environment

    + 3+ years of Management experience

    + A valid driver’s license.

    + Occasional travel

    **Preferred Requirements:**

    + BA/BS in business or a degree from a technical college

    + Rental Equipment Management experience

    + Interface with clients on a constant basis in a highly professional manner

    + Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
