**Service Manager**
_The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 annually.* This role is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance._
**Overview:**
As a Service Manager, you will directly supervise all technical, administrative, and logistical Service Center staff. This role is responsible for all aspects of Service Center operations, including financial, inventory, logistical, and administrative functions. You will set and obtain technical and team goals, ensure ongoing training and development, and enforce compliance with all service and corporate policies and procedures.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Review P&Ls to ensure proper revenues and expenditures
+ Hire and train all technical and non-technical staff
+ Ensure compliance with service department policies and procedures
+ Set and obtain team goals
+ Conduct performance reviews for individual team members
+ Manage issue resolution and documentation
+ Drive effective and efficient operations while reducing costs
+ Coordinate with all departments to ensure cohesive product/shop flows
+ Promote safety-first culture while maintaining an organized and clean facility
**Position Requirements:**
+ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
+ Proven history of training and developing strong technical teams
+ Experience in KPIs, data tracking, and metric development
+ Ability to present comprehensive data to regional and divisional leadership
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Extensive background in service and logistics
