**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services

+ Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis

+ Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability

+ Act as an ambassador for your product, support product related queries, and proactively engage with implementation teams

+ Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Experience researching and compiling complex operational data

+ Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile/Speed to Market project methodologies

+ Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira, and Jira Align

+ Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

+ Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

We’d love for you to join as a Sr Product Manager at Invenco by GVR, a Vontier operating company. The **Senior Product Manager, POS ** (point-of-sales) will be responsible for product planning and execution, including but not limited to assessing customer needs, analyzing market trends, and acting on customers' behalf to prioritize product requirements. The Product Manager will serve as the contextual expert defining the product vision, working collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered, and revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and is open to a remote location in the United States, following Eastern or Central Time Zone working hours.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

+ Engage with customers and conduct market research to identify new features and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation

+ Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our POS and SCO (self-checkout) software products

+ Identify additional customer needs for in-store experiences within the fuel & convenience retail space and determine how to deliver them – build, buy, partner

**ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE**

+ 5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with a strong preference for candidates with POS software experience in the convenience and retail fuel sector.

**Job Description**

Instructional Designers develop training curricula, materials, and programs (including classroom training, online training, and other technologies) to meet specific training/learning solutions needs at U.S. Bank. Plans and manages the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of training/learning solutions for assigned clients. Identifies and assesses training/learning solutions needs of assigned clients and designs skills training and other business line and/or corporate wide training/learning solutions programs/initiatives. SUMMARY

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective and dynamic Check Disbursement Product Manager to lead our pursuit of effectively delivering solutions to meet client need in the fast-moving Payments space.
