**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material orders and delivery requirements

+ Responds to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.

+ Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data and/or information regarding delivery of spare parts, kits and provisioning products or services.

+ Assists with engagement with stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, possible negotiation and contracting strategies.

+ Assists in execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.

+ Assists in performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.

+ Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

+ 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

+ Ability to travel 10% of the time

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

+ 5 + years of experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles

**Job Summary:**

Performs a variety of activities and serves as a subject matter expert ensuring the company supply chain fully complies with all other local, national and international regulatory requirements.

**Principal Responsibilities:**

+ Monitors shipments subject to security regulations, both domestic and international, to ensure continual adherence to recordkeeping, reporting, tolling, and expiration requirements.

+ Maintains records required for exports of ITAR hardware, technical data, and defense services including management of jurisdiction determinations and internal correspondence.

+ Performs license determinations, applies license exceptions and exemptions and files for licenses when applicable.

+ Provides reports to support business financial decisions and demonstrates compliance to security regulations.

+ Conducts new customer screening to ensure compliance to government import/export regulations. Conducts Denied Party Check (DPC) reviews for new partner creation and ensures change of partner information is accurately completed in the system of use.

+ Develops and/or delivers training programs regarding basic and specialized aspects of security requirements. May monitor case law and legislation to ensure current relevant compliance content, Bureau Industry Security (BIS) for relevant news and information, e.g., Denied Persons List (DPL) and other information sources to provide business with timely updates.

+ Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.

+ Updates and maintains electronic and hard copy records as required.

**Responsibilities**

Leads cross functional teams and provides consultative support on complex logistics issues across Mayo Clinic. Responsible for overall management and performance of the operations, direct customer relations, information technology input, quality, and security. The Logistics Manager is accountable for achieving Mayo Clinic objectives, productivity standards, and cost control goals. Manages high level analytical and technical information to plan and execute supply chain management best practices utilizing LEAN Six Sigma principles. Responsible for effective human resource management. The manager will create and maintain an efficient, cost-effective program. **Qualifications**

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Purchasing Manager with proven experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and procurement—ideally within the dietary supplement or nutraceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess both technical knowledge of material/component handling and strong leadership capabilities to guide daily operations. This role requires exceptional time management, clear communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

The candidate must be proficient in Google Sheets and NetSuite ERP, and capable of maintaining compliance with cGMP, FDA, and company SOPs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

+ Lead all daily warehouse functions including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.

+ Ensure compliance with cGMP standards for the safe handling of inventory and materials.

+ Oversee lot-level traceability, and maintain accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments.

+ Coordinate with Quality Assurance on retention sample collection, product quarantine, and release protocols.

+ Enforce safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

+ Train and manage warehouse staff on SOPs, inventory movement, and operational efficiency.

Purchasing & Inventory

+ Create, issue, and manage purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, MRO, and operational supplies.

+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors; evaluate vendor reliability and performance.

+ Monitor stock levels and lead times to optimize inventory flow, prevent production delays, and minimize carrying costs.

+ Maintain accurate vendor/item master data in NetSuite; track material usage, shelf life, and reordering needs.

+ Collaborate with R&D, Production, and QA to forecast demand and support product launches.

Document Control & Compliance

+ Ensure all receiving, shipping, and warehouse records meet FDA and industry standards for documentation and traceability.

+ Organize and maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs), specifications, and supplier documentation.

+ Support internal and external audits by maintaining clean, audit-ready records and participating in inspection readiness.

Systems & Reporting

+ Utilize NetSuite ERP for purchasing, receiving, inventory adjustments, and reporting.

+ Build and manage Google Sheets dashboards to provide real-time visibility of inventory, POs, and procurement metrics.

+ Analyze supplier and inventory performance data; implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

+ 7+ years of warehouse and/or purchasing management experience, preferably in the dietary supplement, food, or nutraceutical industries.

+ Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA compliance, and traceability best practices.

+ Proficiency in NetSuite ERP is required.

+ Advanced Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, formulas).

+ Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

+ Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring warehouse teams.

+ Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment).
