    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include , but are not limited to :

    + Develop aircraft fabrication, assembly, and installation work instructions by evaluating engineering drawings, tool designs, process specifications, and equipment specifications

    + Evaluate and recommend tools and equipment for the support of manufacturing

    + Perform root cause corrective action for the support of manufacturing

    + Train and work with other engineers and planners

    + Prioritize and adjust work flow to meet customer needs

    + Participate and incorporate Lean Manufacturing and initiatives

    + Provide liaison support for production floor via work instruction and manufacturing bill of materials modifications
